Refund and Course Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for purchasing our courses. We strive to ensure that every learner has a rewarding experience while exploring, assessing, and purchasing our online training programs. Our policies are designed to safeguard the interests of both the learner and the company. By purchasing a course from the Ariyalam website, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the following refund and rescheduling conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds: Online Learning
Ariyalam reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to instructor illness, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters (floods, earthquakes), political unrest, pandemics like COVID-19, or other force majeure circumstances.

Refunds will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Session Attendance : Refund requests will not be accepted if you have attended more than one session of the online training or accessed/downloaded any course materials from our learning platform.
  • Discounted Courses: No refunds will be provided for discounted courses.
  • Institutional Courses:No refunds will be offered for courses provided through academic institution partnerships.
  • No-show Policy: If a participant does not attend the scheduled course, no refund will be issued.
  • Refund Request Window:Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the first session. Any requests beyond this time frame will not be considered, and no refund will be granted.
  • Tax Deductions: In case of a refund, any applicable taxes paid will not be refunded.
  • Limited Refund for Unavailability: If a learner wishes to re-attend an instructor-led online course and no suitable batch is available in the near future, a maximum of 10% of the total amount paid may be refunded.
  • Technical Access Issues: If a learner encounters technical issues preventing access to self-paced videos or recorded sessions but has already attended the full instructor-led course, no refund will be issued. However, a voucher equivalent to 10% of the amount paid at the time of enrollment may be provided.
Important Note:

All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the refund request.
